Owner and head coach of Resolute Fitness. Cillie's passion is to help people change their lives and reach their full potential.
This goes way beyond helping people looking the best they ever have, that’s a given, it’s about performance, a positive mindset and a lifestyle. I love to teach my clients about fitness, movement and nutrition so that each and everyone can make decisions that benefit them on their journey to become the best version of themselves.
I’ve learned that accountability between coach and client as well as the expertise to discern between all the contradictory and confusing information in the fitness industry are the keys to success. I’ve been a fitness professional since 2008 and I’ve worked with hundreds of people in that time, many of which are still training with me. This includes some of the fittest athletes in South Africa to the everyday fitness enthusiast. I still get excited about each of my clients successes and individual journeys.

Simoné Du Preez - Biokineticist
The word Biokinetics is taken from a Greek word “BIOS” which means “life” and “KINESIS” which means “movement”.
I am a friendly, diligent, energetic and highly motivated person. Many people experience various aches and pains on a day-to-day basis which affects their quality of life. I help people through determining and treating the ROOT CAUSE of their aches and pains and not merely managing the symptoms. My main goal and function as a biokineticist is to improve physical and health care through movement, enhance quality of life and encourage independent living through structured exercise and physical activity.
Sport conditioning and strengthening of the deep intrinsic muscles surrounding the joints are also a very important factor to me. Many athletes struggle to achieve their goals because of injuries. I am here to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses in your body and any muscle imbalances. How I will achieve this is by doing a physical examination and using the Forceframe strength testing system, which is the world leader in isometric strength testing and training. Along with this, I will also be using neuromuscular electrical stimulation (Compex) to help with muscle recovery and activation.
I have a great passion for movement, people, exercise and health. I believe that there is truly life through movement and that it’s the key to a happy, pain free, healthy and productive life.

Certified Rebounding Instructor
I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I realize how being overweight and unfit affects many aspects of our life, and I want to be there for my clients and help them discover the benefits and joys of rebounding that helped me become the person I am today.
When I first began my adventure with rebounding, I was anything but the picture of health. I was slightly overweight, and I realized it was a combination of a too busy lifestyle, poor eating habits and a lack of exercise every day. I decided to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it.
I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. It took me years to make a decision to thoroughly examine my workouts and make necessary changes.
Learning about the benefits of Rebounding entirely transformed my body. Rebounding works the muscles in the legs, increase your endurance, and strengthens your bones, among several other benefits.
What I enjoy the most about it is that there is minimal equipment required and NO solid impact on the joints and you can do it anytime and anywhere.

It is easy to make excuses and slack off when you are working out alone. Working out with a small group of like minded individuals, a best friend or even your spouse, is a powerful and effective way of staying committed and accountable to your training goals. From experience, I have learned that these small group sessions are unbelievably productive and the type of training my clients enjoy the most!
Because of my competitive sporting background, I know exactly what it takes to get to the next level. I have coached and helped two different athletes to the title of the Fittest Women in Africa and have also coached the Fittest Team in Africa.
